Meet Eugenio
I’m Eugenio, founder of Blackdown IT — usually joined by Rufus, my loyal office companion. I grew up in the Netherlands and have called Somerset home since 1980.
My career began with Clarks Shoes before founding CyberTactics in 1994. After merging into Retail Technology Limited, we developed innovative point of sale and stock management systems for footwear and fashion retailers. In 2008, I was honoured with the Personality of the Year award from the Independent Footwear Retail Association, and in 2014 RTL was acquired by a stock market-listed company.
Through every chapter, my approach has stayed the same: listen closely, understand your needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
